The right channel

For pages, questions and corrections.

Write to [email protected] for editorial corrections, feedback on an article, a content question, website feedback or a general enquiry about this independent publication. Clear subject lines and links to the relevant page help the desk understand the context.

This is not FlixBus customer support. It is also not a service desk for any other transport operator. Questions about an individual purchase, travel confirmation, delay, luggage claim, refund or live service must go to the operator the traveller used. For current operator information, use the official FlixBus website (external official source) or the official source for the company concerned.

What helps

A useful editorial note

For a correction, name the page and quote the passage. For a suggestion, explain the stage of travel that needs clearer coverage: a station approach, a cross-border concern, an overnight preparation question or a difficult arrival. We value precise reports over general praise.

For live travel, do not wait for this inbox. Check the operator’s current source, the relevant station or airport and the local transport authority. Those organisations can address service-specific conditions; this desk cannot.

What a useful message contains

The editorial desk can respond more effectively when a message names the page, the paragraph, and the reason a statement may be unclear or out of date. If a station has changed, include the city and the date you checked the information, but do not send booking references, identity documents, payment details or private travel records. The contact channel is for improving this publication, not for handling an individual journey.

For a correction, a short quotation and a suggested replacement are helpful. For a content question, explain whether you are asking about general planning or a current operator condition. Current departure information, ticket changes, refunds, baggage claims and service disruptions must be handled by the transport provider or the relevant station authority.
